MEGAFIX was founded by the original owners in 2003 to provide fastening solutions for the agricultural industry in regional Western Australia.
MEGAFIX saw the opportunity to expand into other industries and in 2019, MEGAFIX was relocated to Perth and built a team of established and up and coming industry experts, ensuring the best service and support for current and new customers.

Can we pick up from your warehouse?
All stocked products are ready for dispatch or pick up within 4hrs.
What delivery options are there and what is the cost?
For all our Perth metro customers we have 3 delivery options:
- 24hr – $10 + GST
- 4hrs – $25 + GST
- 2hrs -$50 + GST
For all our regional customers we work with common carriers or customer preferred transport options. Airfreight and regional express services can be arranged as required.
What areas of the country do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all areas throughout Australia from our warehouse in Forrestfield WA.
What’s the cut off for same day dispatch?
All orders placed before 12.30pm on stocked products will be ready for same day dispatch.
How long does it take to get in non-stocked products?
Stock available in WA has a typical lead time of 1-2 working days. Stock from the eastern states has a typical lead time of 5-7 working days.
Can we air freight goods into WA?
Not only can we air freight goods from other states, but we have the capability to air freight goods in from overseas.
Can we get specially manufactured products?
MEGAFIX offer some inhouse manufacturing capability, and also partner with other manufacturers across Australia to enable a full offering of fasteners, whatever you may need to complete your project.
Are we able to get product certification and material datasheets?
Letters of conformity, product specifications, or material certification can be provided on request for all products supplied by MEGAFIX.
Can we source country of origin material?
MEGAFIX can meet any specific material requirements for fasteners through trusted supply partners.
Can you provide stock management services?
Our trained team is capable in providing a comprehensive in-house stock management system based of your specific requirements.
What is MEGAFIX’S return policy?
Any claims that the Products are not in accordance with our Terms, or a Purchase Order must be submitted to the Seller (with particulars) within 7 days of delivery. Products approved for return by the Seller must be returned in an undamaged, good, and saleable condition. Claims for non-delivery must be made to the Seller within 14 days from the date of invoice. If the Seller authorises the return of undamaged Products, the Customer must pay the Seller a restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced cost of the returned Products. To the extent permitted by law, any Products manufactured or purchased by the Seller exclusively for the Customer may not be returned to the Seller.
Do our product range meet Australian standards?
All products supplied by MEGAFIX conform to Australian standards. Any testing for products that are outside those standards can be done on request.
