Technical Product and Certification Support
MEGAFIX provides technical support, product specifications and certification for fasteners used across construction, structural steel, mining, infrastructure and manufacturing.
We can assist with products specified to relevant Australian, ISO, DIN, ASTM and ASME standards, including general fasteners, structural bolts, stud bolts, nuts, washers, anchors and specialist finishes.
How it works
- Product specifications, dimensional information and technical datasheets available on request
- Support with relevant standards, grades, thread types and tolerances
- Structural bolt assemblies to AS/NZS 1252 requirements
- Stud bolts and flange bolting to nominated AS, ASTM or ASME requirements
- Guidance on zinc plated, hot-dip galvanised, zinc flake and stainless steel finishes
- Certificates of conformity, material test reports and batch traceability available on request
- EN 10204 Type 3.1 material test certificates available on request
- Independent product, material or coating testing can be arranged
- Country-of-origin and project-specific documentation available on request
Technical and certification support from quote to handover, helping ensure the correct fastener, standard, grade and finish are supplied for your application.
Certification requirements must be confirmed at the time of quotation, as certificates may not be available after the product has been supplied.
